SCHOOL Speech-Language Pathologist (Contract; Full-time)
Cobb County (CF or CCC-SLP considered)
PARAMOUNT PEDIATRICS LLC is seeking a SLP or SLP-CF (Clinical Fellow) in the school setting in Cobb County as a contractor. This role will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of students with speech and language difficulties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students and a desire to make a difference in their lives.
Responsibilities:

Perform assessment of speech, language, and communication disorders
-
Prepare and evaluate children for intervention services
-
Provide individualized treatment plans consistent with the needs of each student
-
Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., teachers, special education staff, families) to ensure the highest quality care for students
-
Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student in accordance with regulations and standards
-
Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team meetings to continue to develop skills and knowledge
-
Develop and implement IEPs for students with communication disorders
-
Provide individual and group therapy sessions
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication development in the classroom and at home.
-
Complete all required documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
-
Interpret evaluative data to establish measurable goals for the students
-
Complete daily progress notes at the end of each session using the school format and accountability procedures
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.

Establish and maintain a positive collaborative relationship with students, school staff, and families to increase student achievement

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Georgia SLP license
-
Must have or be able to obtain all required clearances (drug test, background check)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pediatric HOME Speech-Language Pathologist (Contract; Part-Time)
We are looking for a compassionate, ethical and professional part time Pediatric Speech Pathologist contractor to serve the needs of children and their families in 2 settings: home and telehealth. Home therapy is the primary setting. The ideal applicant would be Spanish-English bilingual.
Job requirements:
· Unrestricted SLP License
· Comfortability with both home health and telehealth
· Evaluations, re-evaluations and treatment sessions
· Completing session notes in a timely manner
· Multidisciplinary collaboration as needed
· Educating and training parents/caregivers on home program and carry over activities
· Reliable vehicle with auto insurance
· Professional liability insurance

Home therapy location is flexible; however, this is the primary setting. The ideal applicant would have experience with sensory integration, visual perceptual deficits, and working with children with a variety of diagnoses and deficits.
