Empowering Communication Through Connection and Collaboration
At Paramount Pediatrics, speech-language pathologists play an essential role in helping children find their voice, build confidence, and develop meaningful connections with the world around them.
We believe that pediatric speech therapy is about more than improving speech and language skills. It is about understanding each child as a whole person. Every child brings unique strengths, experiences, communication styles, and goals to therapy. Our SLPs are encouraged to provide individualized, play-based, and evidence-informed care that honors each child's needs while partnering closely with families.
As a growing pediatric therapy clinic in Austell, Georgia, we are intentional about creating an environment where speech-language pathologists feel supported, valued, and empowered to practice at the highest level. We recognize that great therapy happens when clinicians have the time, resources, collaboration, and support needed to focus on what matters most: the children and families we serve.
At Paramount Pediatrics, our SLPs work with a diverse pediatric population, including children with speech sound disorders, language delays, autism, developmental differences, and complex communication needs. We value clinicians who are curious, reflective, and committed to continued learning while embracing the creativity and flexibility that pediatric therapy requires.
We are proud to provide culturally responsive care to the families in our community. We value clinicians who appreciate the importance of meeting families where they are and who recognize that language, culture, and family values are important parts of the therapeutic process.
If you are a speech-language pathologist looking for a pediatric therapy environment where you can continue growing, make a meaningful impact, and be part of a supportive team:
