We are a pediatric therapy clinic based in Austell, GA, serving the greater Atlanta area, currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including Clinical Fellows (CFs). While we work with a large Spanish-speaking population, bilingualism is not required. We are committed to training clinicians to become confident, culturally responsive providers who can effectively support and educate Spanish-speaking families through strong clinical skills, collaboration, and parent coaching.

Job Duties:

Provide speech and language therapy services to children in a clinic setting.

Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language delays or disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs.

Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve speech and language skills.

Monitor and document patients' progress throughout treatment.

Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on communication strategies.
Requirements:
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Proficiency in evidence-based speech therapy practices.

Familiarity with case management principles.

Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.

Compassion, empathy, and understanding when working with children and caregivers facing diverse support needs.

Join Our Team as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families? We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team at our new clinic in Austell, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to start with a part-time caseload with the flexibility to grow into a full-time position, if desired.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses and deficits, particularly in:

Sensory integration
-
Visual-perceptual deficits
-
Fine and gross motor delays
For part-time and 1099 positions, a minimum of 16-20 hours per week is required, with availability across at least two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment sessions
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists as needed to support a multidisciplinary approach
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all sessions
-
Educate and train parents/caregivers on home programs and carryover activities
Requirements:

Active and unrestricted OT license in the state of Georgia

Pediatric experience required

Professional liability insurance required
