Job Duties:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to children in a clinic setting.

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language delays or disorders.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve speech and language skills.

  • Monitor and document patients' progress throughout treatment.

  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on communication strategies.
     

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

  • Proficiency in evidence-based speech therapy practices.

  • Familiarity with case management principles.

  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.

  • Compassion, empathy, and understanding when working with children and caregivers facing diverse support needs.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Jobs

Join Our Team as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team at our new clinic in Austell, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to start with a part-time caseload with the flexibility to grow into a full-time position, if desired.
 

Available Job Types:

  • Part-Time

  • Full-Time

  • Contract (1099)
     

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses and deficits, particularly in:

  • Sensory integration

  • Visual-perceptual deficits

  • Fine and gross motor delays
     

For part-time and 1099 positions, a minimum of 16-20 hours per week is required, with availability across at least two days per week.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment sessions

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists as needed to support a multidisciplinary approach

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all sessions

  • Educate and train parents/caregivers on home programs and carryover activities
     

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted OT license in the state of Georgia

  • Pediatric experience preferred; however, candidates with a strong interest in pediatrics and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

  • Professional liability insurance required
